GreenSteps hosts eco-seminar with Marsh and Parsons at Royal Geographical Society on 14th June 2007
On 14th June, GreenSteps hosted an evening eco-seminar at the Royal Geographical Society with leading London estate agent Marsh and Parsons. The highlight of the evening was a talk given by acclaimed polar explorer Tom Avery, a speaker with GreenSteps. The talk covered some of Tom's many adventurous expeditions, including his trips to both North and South poles on foot.
Speaking about the evening, Marsh and Parsons Managing Director, Peter Rollings said: "I thought the evening went superbly. It was a great venue and a fantastic talk. I have had nothing but positive feedback."

The talk highlighted the extent of the issues of global warming and climate change and included tips on how Londoners can live more eco-friendly home lives. A question and answer session followed hosted by Tom Avery and Ben Nickell, managing director of GreenSteps Ltd.
A drinks reception followed, with exhibits of eco-friendly products and materials on display.
"I'm not aware of another estate agent taking such a proactive approach to the issues of global warming and climate change which we all face; it's really to be commended" commented Tom Avery.
