How do I purchase products?
Shopping with GreenSteps is straightforward. If you would like to buy a product displayed on the website, select the item you wish to purchase and add it to the shopping basket by clicking on Add to Basket. The item is automatically added to your basket and you can continue shopping. The number of items in your basket is displayed by the shopping basket icon on the header bar. When you have finished shopping, click on 'Your Basket' and then follow the instructions for completion of your order. To change the quantities of any item purchased, please enter the correct amount in the quantity box of the shopping basket and click update. Alternatively, you can contact us by email, telephone or fax to discuss your order.

How do I pay for my purchase?
We accept credit card payment for the following credit and debit cards; Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Switch, Maestro, Delta, Electron and Solo. We can also accept BACS payments, please contact us for account details. Cheques are accepted, but will need 3 working days to clear before dispatch is made, please print a copy of your shopping basket using the browser's print facility and post with your cheque, payable to Greensteps Ltd. If you do not wish to give your credit card details over the internet, please call us on 0845 416 1671 (we do NOT recommend you email your credit card details).

What is included in the price?
All quoted prices include VAT at the current rate of 15%. Delivery charges vary from product to product. Delivery charges are clearly explained in the product category description and will be listed separately when the product is added to your basket. No additional charges will be applied upon checkout.

When will my products be delivered?
GreenSteps aims to have all products ordered through the website delivered within 7 working days. If delivery is expected to be outside this period, you will be contacted by GreenSteps customer services.

GreenSteps is absolutely committed to promoting eco-friendly living. As such, GreenSteps has developed a model which considers 6 different elements and their applicability to each product. For further information, please see the 'About Us' page.
