Cancelling your order
Under the Consumer Protection Regulations you may cancel your order for any reason within seven working days following the day on which you receive the goods. If for any reason you would like to cancel your order, you may do so by contacting customer services. Cancellations can only be accepted by notifying us either in writing, or by telephone, at any time before dispatch and up to 7 working days after delivery. Cancellations made before dispatch will be reimbursed in full provided you have notified us of your intention to cancel as outlined above, but we regret postage cannot be refunded if cancellations are made after dispatch. Full reimbursement for goods that have already been delivered to you will only be made if the goods are returned in their original, undamaged packaging, in the same condition as supplied to you, and in accordance with our returns policy as set out below.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with any item you buy from us, please contact customer services. We will provide clear instructions for the return of the goods for refund or exchange. Return postage costs are not pre-paid and are your responsibility. Return postage costs will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. You must return the goods in their original, undamaged packaging, in the same condition as supplied to you. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. We reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value of returned goods if the product or packaging is not in fully resaleable condition. Please ensure that goods returned are accompanied by a completed Returns Form.
